Account Executive

Your First Step at Nello: Your journey begins as an Account Executive, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of our business. You’ll be responsible for booking shipments, setting up and vetting new carriers, dispatching and tracking daily shipments, and reporting directly to your team leader. This foundational role gives you the skills and knowledge needed to grow, take ownership, and advance in your career at Nello.

Team Leader

The Next Step: As a Team Leader, your responsibilities expand to a more customer-facing role. You’ll quote new freight, build and maintain strong relationships with carriers in your dedicated areas to ensure stable capacity, and begin your journey toward becoming an Account Manager by reaching out to and onboarding new customers. This role develops your leadership, relationship-building, and business management skills, setting the stage for continued growth within the company.

Account Manager

Owning Your Growth: As an Account Manager, you take full ownership of your book of business, serving as the dedicated point of contact for all your accounts. You’ll nurture relationships, complete RFQs, manage and mentor your team members, and focus on growing your accounts. With unlimited potential for team expansion and business development, this role puts you in control of your success and your future.
